How much disk space and bandwidth is included with my plan?

All of our plans support unlimited disk space or data transfer (bandwidth), there is not any defined limitations. We want to make sure our customers have all the necessary resources to build their website and should have more than enough disk space and bandwidth to meet their needs.

With that being said, we do require all of our customers to be fully compliant with our Terms of Service and utilize disk space and bandwidth in consistent with the normal operation of a website. It is very rare that we have to constrain accounts using resources beyond what would be expected in the normal operation of a personal or small business website.

In the event that your operations does overrun the server, we will suggest you move to your own VPS or Dedicated server at M3.

How do you determine “normal” operation?

We have a statistical analyses that we run customer bandwidth and disk space utilization through regularly and use the results of the studies to define “normal”. They do very from month to month, but 99.95% of our customers fall into the “normal” range. If you are unsure if your website will fall into the normal range, feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you and discuss your specific needs before you select which plan is right for you.

What happens if I exceed “normal” usage?

We will send an email asking you to reduce your usage if your accounts disk space or bandwidth utilization causes any concern. We will provide customers at least 48 hours to make adjustments before taking any corrective action.

Customers usually only have issues if they are using their accounts for storage such as large multimedia files or file sharing. Our hosting services are not intended to support these activities.

It is very rare for customers to exceed normal usage managing a website. We offer different plans to fit everyone’s needs that address high bandwidth and large storage requirements. If you need assistance choosing a plan, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to help.

On our professional plan, we do offer unlimted domains and subdomains, however, in the event that your operations does overrun the server, we will suggest you move to your own VPS or Dedicated server at M3.
