Our servers are true dedicated server systems provided for your business access only.  No other customer services are served on your dedicated server.  For a list of standard installed services, see below server plan table.  Custom packages and services of your choice may be installed, often at little or no cost.  With the included control panel, you can add and remove as many domains as you need, live on demand.*  Windows servers are available and are $25 extra per month.

* Within reason.  Some server plans include unlimited domains, web sites, that can be added to the server live via a customer accessible admin tool.  The more sites you add, the more resources it may require to service your account.  This may require an upgrade to the next service plan if bandwidth, disk space, or CPU becomes an issue.  Other items affect server performance and may limit the number of domains that the customer can install on each server, such as CGI scripts.

Upgrades - Downgrades - You may upgrade at any time throughout the month, however, in order to downgrade your service plan, you must completed one full billing cycle.  Please allow ample time if you require a hardware upgrade.  Most cases, a RAM upgrade is sufficient to handle the additional bandwidth requirement.

Bandwidth Overage above packaged amount.  Server stats may be generated every hour to keep you updated on your traffic statistics.

These servers are the property of Simple Communications, Inc and may not be used for anything but legal web site hosting and storage of legal data.  Customers must also agree and uphold our terms of service.

Simple Communications will maintain these dedicated web servers in operational order and monitor the server's services to ensure reliable operations, responding to outages 24/7.  For this reason, full admin control will not be released.  However, customer's may have us install custom dlls, ASP components, MIME types, etc.  All software must be safe and legal to use with all applicable licenses and may be subject to hourly labor of $50 for installation of custom software.

These services are not refundable and are prorated on a monthly basis.  Customers may cancel at any time, however, the setup fee is not refundable at any time.

Simple Communications, Inc. reserves the right to take any web server offline upon receiving proof of illegal activity to protect our network and other customers.  Zero tolerance for Spam of any type.
